In recent years, due to current environmental pollution, resource depletion, low awareness other problems, issue will attract attention national government departments citizens. this case, need attach great importance it, it is necessary take measures change innovate management models methods. one core enterprises, green human resources systems have become key sustainable development company harmonious coexistence ecology.
